The successful test run of the high-end aluminum-alloy thin-wall extrusion and intelligent manufacturing project 40MN aluminum-type extrusion machine between Sapa Chalco Aluminum Products Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as SCAP) and SINOMACH-HE has been achieved recently.

40MN aluminum extrusion machine is a key project of SCAP and a core equipment of Sapa intelligent factory. Based on advanced ideas of Intelligent Manufacturing such as Internet of Things and Big Data, this project successfully drew from the designing and manufacturing experience of SINOMACH-HE in aluminum extrusion equipment and from the technical accumulation of SCAP in wide thin-wall medium section.

The successful load test run of Sapa 40MN aluminum extrusion is a great step forward for SINOMACH-HE in terms of aluminum extrusion intelligence, which has been a milestone for manufacturing 40MN intelligent extrusion line and the first aluminum extrusion intelligent factory in China.
