Recently, Phase-five and Phase-six Ream Transformer Station of Cambodia Rural Electrical Grid Expansion Project of SINOMACH-HE successfully passed the acceptance test of National Electricity Co., Ltd. of Cambodia, marking the final completion of this project.

Ream transformer station, located in the special economic zone of Cambodia and covering an area of 20000 square meters, was started in May of 2018 and completed in May of 2019. The completion of the transformer station is to significantly improve electricity supply shortage of Sihanoukville as a guarantee for its sufficient and stable electricity supply and an important hub between Sihanoukville and other districts in Cambodia.
