On September 2^ed, CHMC, the subsidiary of SINOMACH-HE, obtained the 230kV Telangana-Nam Ngum1-Hinh transmission and distribution project performance certificate of Laos, marking the success of SINOMACH-HE in completing the guarantee period of the first EPC general contractor project in Laos.

This contract was signed under the witness of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Lao President Jumari. This project is a part of the ring grid established for stabilizing the electric supply in Vientiane, the capital of Laos, which is very significant for Laotian national grid.

From October 2016 when CHMC received the first loan from the bank to May 2018 when the project was completed, the project was accomplished earlier than that stipulated in the contract by 18 months. The execution of this project was highly approved by the client and the Laos government. CHMC also received the thanks letter and the certificate of commendation from Laos National Electricity Company. This great success of this project has laid a solid foundation for SINOMACH-HE in the execution of the following contracts in Laos and further development in other countries.
