Domestic Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Project- The Construction of Intelligent Factory of Flywheel Energy-storage Facility is Accelerating

On March 16th, an intelligent factory of flywheel energy-storage facility as a domestic intelligent manufacturing demonstration project and a key manufacturing project of SINOMACH-HE was readily started in Erzhong Equipment, a manufacturing subsidiary of SINOMACH-HE. This intelligent factory is expected to be launched into production by the end of this year, capable of meeting the first-phase capacity of 1000 sets annually.  

As one of the long-term products driving high-quality growth of SINOMACH-HE, flywheel energy-storage facility is a recommendation by national first-set and data center and included in China Manufacturing 2025-Energy Facility Implementation Program. At present, two models of EP-100 and EP-200 flywheel energy-storage facility are successfully developed by SINOMACH-HE with proprietary intellectual property rights and 13 patents, which can be extensively applied in aerospace, data center, precision manufacturing, rail traffic and medical area.

The construction of flywheel energy-storage facility intelligent factory has been undertaken by SIPPR Engineering Group Co.,Ltd., which is a subsidiary of SINOAMCH, mainly engaged in mass production of complete set of flywheel energy-storage facility.  

Since the project was started in 2019, a series of business and technical work including civil engineering public works, intelligent production line, automatic stereoscopic storehouse, information system and AGV were carried out with full capacity.

Until now, flywheel energy-storage intelligent factory construction project, E-FOS management system building and team building are advanced as planned. After the intelligent factory of flywheel energy-storage facility is completed, with carriers of intelligent production line, intelligent logistics and intelligent information, the scientific fruits of flywheel energy-storage facility are expected to be put into mass intelligent production.
