Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Erzhong Equipment has been continually stepping up its efforts in epidemic prevention and control and resumption of work. By taking the responsibility to develop new ways to address the risks caused by the pandemic, Erzhong Equipment has ensured the successful test run of Chongqing qixin 4000T hot die forging press, which also passed the cloud acceptance of the user.

The pandemic came when Chongqing qixin 4000T hot die forging press was preparing for a test run. According to the contract, the hot die forging press must be inspected and accepted by the user in terms of bearing bush temperature, start and stop angle of sliding block, pump station pressure and other important parameter before it could be shipped to the site of the user. Due to the epidemic prevention and control requirements, the user made it clear that they could not participate in the test run in person. Considering the delay of delivery of the equipment if no test run was made until the epidemic was officially eliminated, the technicians in Erzhong Equipment did not step back in face of the epidemic, however, they worked actively in preparation for the test run while keeping close communication with the user in search of the best solution.

In order to ensure the test run can be conducted in time and meet the requirements of technical parameter of the test run, the technicians applied modern communication by the aid of Internet and distancing control software, providing the venue for the user to check and accept the equipment in long distance. With close collaboration between Erzhong Equipment and the user, the latter was able to keep being updated about all technical parameters of the test run of the equipment in spite of the long distance.

At present, the acceptance procedures have been completed for the hot die forging press, providing favorable condition for the equipment to be shipped to the working site of the user.
