Shougang Jingtang Steel United Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Shougang Jingtang) galvanized high-intensity steel automobile board rewinder inspection unit was put to operation in May this year. Through the trial production for one month, the facility has proved to be in stable and good operation, which has been well received by the client.
Galvanized high-intensity automobile board rewinder inspection unit was the upgraded product of Shougang Jingtang in an important project designed to improve quality and efficiency. It has been designed as a high-intensity automobile inner plate and structure component with an intensity of up to 1500MPa, one of the highest-intensity rewinders of automobiles processed within China at present, with its specification covering all steels for automobiles. With high-level and strict demands, SINO-HEAVYMACH has undertaken the important task of quality inspection and defect processing of Shougang Jingtang high-intensity galvanized products.
In installation and adjustment of the projects, SINO-HEAVYMACH has led in overcoming all kinds of difficulties with every effort in order to complete design and deliver the product with the highest standard and the greatest speed. It took only 12 days to deliver the first volume from the initial adjustment, laying a solid foundation for perfecting functions of the facility and achieving production capability officially.
In the phase of the facility, affected by the COVID-19, the project team has aligned distance adjustment with field adjustment in a responsible attitude and excellence-striving manner, strongly driving the progress of the project and saving precious time for the client. After the unit was officially put into operation, the facility performance was up to the designing requirements. In the trial production over the past month, 5200-ton order was officially completed by the client, which has further stepped up cooperation between SINO-HEAVYMACH and Shougang Jingtang and enhanced the technical level and influence of SINO-HEAVYMACH in this field.
