Recently, the heavy machinery plant of Erzhong Equipment delivered the 2250 flying shear in advance for Taiyuan Iron& Steel (Group) Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Taiyuan Iron& Steel), one month earlier than the delivery deadline.

Taiyuan Iron& Steel 2250 flying shear project was carried out by the heavy machinery plant of Erzhong Equipment, with especially tight schedule of machined parts for assembling. In order to finish the project on time, the relevant departments in the heavy machinery plant worked together with every effort to ensure every part of the work finished on time, in defiance of the heat and challenges. 

In production, the machining section ensured to deliver the machined parts with great quality on time, the production scheduler coordinated various tasks to ensure the parts and matching parts in the right place of the assembling site as planned. The assembling work section carrying the task of assembling made deliberate arrangement by establishing a 24-hour rotation working system. During the operation, all fine adjustments were guaranteed and different kinds of precision were up to the requirements of the drawing, which ensured the quality and working pace of every part of the project. The rigorous working spirit of the workers in Erzhong Equipment helped lay a solid foundation for the joint inspection, which passed the test at one time, winning the high approval of the client.

At present, the project has been all dissolved, with body frame, pedestal and other products packaged and shipped to the client.
