Recently, six equipment for Zhejiang Petrochemical project was shipped by Zhenjiang Company at its heavy-loading wharf to its client.

The six equipment is the residual oil hydrodesulfurization unit of phase-two project of 40 million tons-per-year integration project for Zhejiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd., including two scrubbers, one thermal high pressure segregator, one cold high segregator, one Circulating hydrogen desulfurization tower, one recycle hydrogen compressor inlet separator. The construction of this project is very significant for transformation and upgrading of national petrochemical industry.  

In order to ensure the delivery of the project on time, the production team of Zhenjiang Company made coordinated plans in advance, formulating reasonable production plan by previewing significant and challenging issues in implementing the project based on reality. All relevant units of Zhenjiang Company have worked together to work around the clock for promoting the progress of the project, ensuring the completion of the project with quality as scheduled.  

The hoisting of the recycle hydrogen compressor inlet separator was the most difficult to handle on this occasion. It took the workers of Zhenjiang Company 12 hours to complete the hoisting of the equipment, accumulating successful experience for more hoisting of super-long equipment in the future.

At present, six equipment of this project has reached the client for installation.
