Recently, the project of Key Manufacturing Technology of Heavy-duty Gas Turbine Rotor Forging passed the acceptance of specialists, marking that Erzhong Equipment had mastered the manufacturing technology of F-class heavy-duty gas turbine rotor forging.
The gas turbine includes two parts of compressor and turbine which are critical equipment of clean power generation and dynamical system with high-quality technique. They are also strategically emerging products of the new-generation clean coal technology and low-carbon industry, which can drive the research development, design and manufacturing ability of multi-disciplinary fields.
Through continuous efforts, based on the project of the Key Technology Research of Heavy-duty Gas Turbine Rotor Forging, Erzhong Equipment has mastered the key manufacturing technology of 300000 kilowatt F-class heavy-duty gas turbine forging steel and turbine disk, making it possible for mass production of up-to-300000 kilowatt and F-class heavy-duty turbine rotor, which addressed the bottleneck of manufacturing the core parts of major technical equipment, contributing greatly to the progress of the heavy-duty gas turbine industry.
