Recently, four thermal high pressure separators for Shenghong Refining Integration Project 4-million-tons-per-year diesel hydrocracking unit were successfully shipped from the heavy-equipment wharf of Zhenjiang company.

Shenghong refining integration project is an expression of the national efforts to develop high-end petrochemical products for integrating oil-refining and chemical engineering in common development. As one of the key projects in Jiangsu province, the building of this project is of major significance to optimize industrial layout and upgrade the industrial transformation of national petrochemical industry for the goal of realizing high-quality development.

In order to ensure the delivery of the project on time, the production department of Zhenjiang company made a dynamic adjustment of its production plan and coordinated with all parties concerned with good preparation of personnel, equipment, resources and workplace, laying a solid foundation for the implementation of this project in an orderly manner. In defiance of various difficulties, all production units continued their efforts in promoting the production by means of technical innovation such as improving subsidiary tools, upgrading equipment and perfecting techniques. Finally, with close coordination of all production units, Shenghong thermal hot pressure separator was smoothly shipped before the deadline. At present, the product has already been on the site of the client, waiting to be installed for use.
