Recently, the 4*120 ton converter gas dry dedusting and recycling system engineering 1# converter production line of BINXIN STEEL GROUP in Jiangsu province, the general contracting project of SINO-HEAVYMACH, has achieved success in the test run at its first attempt and was successfully put into operation, with its various equipment in stable operation and good dedusting effect.

The BINXIN STEEL GROUP converter dry dedusting and recycling project has involved the upgrading of four sets of converter gas primary dedusting production line. The present 1# converter production line is the third set of production line. This project was operated with high automation and intelligence, in which the rotating speed of the draught fan could be adjusted according to the status signal of the converter and the flow of spray water could be automatically changed according to the temperature of the entry and the exit of the equipment, which not only cleaned the gas with high density of dust in the steelmaking process, but also reduced the pollution and emission by recycling the dust of the gas.

The successful operation of this project has further enhanced the foundation of cooperation between SINO-HEAVYMACH and BINXIN STEEL GROUP, which also improved the competitive force of SINO-HEAVYMACH in the steel environment-friendly equipment.
