Recently, Dubai 130 TPH Roller Mill Cement Grinding Station Project, the EP project of CHMC for Hongkong Shuncheng Group, has been put into trial production with sound operation.

As the first project of building materials of CHMC in the middle east, the completion of the Dubai 130 TPH Roller Mill Cement Grinding Station Project will positively advance the market development of CHMC in the middle east.

The project mentioned above is located in the industrial park of the Southwest of Dubai, which is designed to produce130 tons of slag power per hour and 150 tons of OPC per hour.

It took about two years for CHMC to complete this project, starting from civil construction to the trial production. Responsible for the engineering and procurement of this project, CHMC has coordinated its resources at home and abroad effectively despite the fallout of the COVID-19 outbreak, following the project progress schedule with good quality and high efficiency.

At present, the slag power and cement produced in the project has reached the designing requirements in terms of output, electricity consumption and heat consumption, which is highly approved by the client.
