Recently, Erzhong Equipment 125-ton ESR ingot heavy furnace has started the mode of feeding in batches, focusing on the production of H13 products.

As one of the targeted products of the project of 125-ton electroslag furnace, H13 material has been widely used in manufacturing the forging die, hot extrusion die, precision forging die and die casting die with big impacting load and massive market demand.

In order to expand the market share of H13, Erzhong Equipment has never stopped in its research and development, which paid off when it successfully signed and completed Liaoning Zhongwang 75MN and 125MN extrusion machine in 2017. In 2019, Erzhong Equipment applied 125-ton electroslag remelting furnace in the project of 160MN extrusion machine for the first time for smelting and production, with major breakthroughs in the purity of materials and residual elements and big leap in terms of quantity and quality of process, parameter, operation and steel ingot.

At the beginning of 2021, batch production of H13 products were achieved on a small scale. Until now, Erzhong Equipment has already completed 37 electrode blank, providing solid foundation for the following continual remelting. The continual production of 125-ton electroslag remelting is a strong fueling force for upgrading product structure of Erzhong Equipment and will provide new impetus for development of new products and transformation of products.
