On July 5th, at the 20-year anniversary ceremony of Shanghai Cooperation Organization held by Ministry of Trade and Economic Development of Tadzhikistan and the embassy of Tadzhikistan in China, the local economic and trade cooperation demonstration zone exchange activity of Tadzhikistan, China and Shanghai Cooperation Organization was held in Qingdao. The ambassador of Tadzhikistan to China conferred the contribution award of friendship between Tadzhikistan and China on CHMC, commending the latter for its singular contribution to advance the cooperation and friendship between Tadzhikistan and China. 

Since CHMC’s entry to the market of Tadzhikistan, CHMC has maintained close cooperation and strong mutual trust with Tadzhikistan Aluminum Corporation, the biggest state-owned enterprise of Tadzhikistan, undertaking aluminum cryolite aluminum fluoride plant and sulfuric acid plant project in the mode of EPC and exporting multiple equipment to the latter. The president of Tadzhikistan participated in the opening ceremony and operation ceremony. The premiers of Tadzhikistan also came to the field site many times for supervision and guidance.

The aluminum cryolite aluminum fluoride plant and sulfuric acid plant undertaken by CHMC in the mode of EPC are projects where Tadzhikistan took a full advantage of its own resources for promoting industrial development and employment in place of import, creating great economic and social benefits and getting high approval from the government of Tadzhikistan.
