Recently, SINO-HEAVYMACH signed the contract of special steelworks Ф80-220mm with Ben Gang Group Corporation and the contract of Ф80-160mm eleven-high-strength special steel composite roll bar straightening complete unit with the large general plant of Angang Group Co., Ltd.

The signing of this contract has fully revealed the approval of the client in the technical strength of SINO-HEAVYMACH, which has consolidated the leading position of SINO-HEAVYMACH in the field of large and high-strength alloy steel bar straightening.

Bar straightener is the core equipment of special steel bar finishing production line. The two sets of straighteners provided to the client are of high-strength special steel compound roll bar straightening unit independently developed by SINO-HEAVYMACH. The advanced technologies of constant voltage straightening technology and embedded prestressed frame technology, etc. have achieved the straightening of the whole length of the bar. At the same time, through combining the advantages of two-roll straightening machines and seven-roll straightening machines, primary straightening accuracy has been largely improved, which will be a strong support for the client to enter the high-end special steel market.
