Recently, three QC fruits of Erzhong Equipment have been awarded on the 4th QC Group Achievement Demonstration Contest for National Enterprises and the Excellent Quality Management Group Exchange Meeting of National Machinery Industry. 

The project named Study of New Process of Turbine Blade Model Making from Erzhong Equipment was awarded with the second prize on 4th QC Group Achievement Demonstration Contest for National Enterprises. The project named Improving the Primary Qualified Rate of Weld Joint of Some System Host-QC Difficulty-pull Strap undertaken by Erzhong Equipment was awarded with the first prize in the Excellent Quality Management Group Exchange Meeting of National Machinery Industry, where Erzhong’s another project named Innovative Setup of Machining Datum of Inner Wall of Spherical Cavity of Hualong No.1 Pump was awarded with second prize.

The project named Study of New Process of Turbine Blade Model Making has largely improved the precision of model and reduced labor cost, enhancing the work efficiency and economic benefits of products by significantly shortening the production cycle of various large and medium blade casting. The fruits of this project have been applied in 18 projects including super-large hydroelectric projects such as Baihetan, Wudongde and Gezhouba, pouring over 500 blade castings.   

The project named Improving the Primary Qualified Rate of Weld Joint of Some System Host-QC Difficulty-pull Strap addressed the concern of pull strap in the welding process, improving the primary qualified rate of UT flaw detection to 98%.

The project named Innovative Setup of Machining Datum of Inner Wall of Spherical Cavity of Hualong No.1 Pump addressed the technical difficulty in machining of spherical cavity of coolant pump case of Hualong No.1, providing strong technical support for Erzhong Equipment in the manufacturing field of nuclear equipment.
