Recently, Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. delivered a thanks-letter to Erzhong Equipment for expressing its appreciation of the manufacturing and delivery of No.2 unit core makeup tank of the demonstration project Guohe No.1.

The core makeup tank mentioned in the thanks-letter was undertaken by Erzhong Equipment for the first time. In spite of its high demands in technology and manufacturing, Erzhong Equipment has overcome a series of difficulties ranging from technical preparation, purchase of raw materials to the equipment manufacturing, surmounting the technical and manufacturing obstacles one by one, especially in the fields of the welding, machining and pre-installation of supporting components. In order to get a hold on the deflection, attempts of continuous experiments, reformed tooling, modified programs and repeated measuring have been made until the requirements of designing and manufacturing were met. In the process of manufacturing the equipment, the personnel of management, technology and workers had worked around the clock at the expense of their rest time to ensure the delivery of the product on time, which was much appreciated by the client.

The efforts in ensuring the delivery of upper supporting part of the stabilizer of Guohe No.1 demonstration project No.1 unit were also much appreciated. The expectation of further cooperation between the two sides were expressed by the client at the end of this letter.
